PRO and PRO Server settings folder location and permissions failure or problems

First, please re-download and re-install the latest PRO Server version from the download link in your PRO or PRO Server license email. This new build (same version v3.x+ but newer build) has a few new buttons to locate your settings folder. All your settings should be preserved when you re-install.

To know which FOLDER the program saves the settings in,
  • For the application, click on the Settings button to the right of the account textbox and then click on the 'Settings folder' button. This will open explorer up with the folder.
  • For the service installation, click on the Service tab and then click on the 'Settings folder' button. This will open explorer up with the folder.
This is where the settings for the program are stored.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure the program has the required permissions for the settings folders.
